What began as a conversation between two fishermen on a Squid boat in California transformed into a revival of commercial smoked salmon produced on the Copper River in Alaska.


Our Process

At Katalla Brand, we believe that a premium product goes hand in hand with simplicity. That’s why our Copper River salmon is sourced from family and friends and our ingredient list is limited to salt, sugar, and alder.
